Company develops and produces avionics and electronics systems designed for use on aircraft and other platforms for purposes such as navigation, flight controls, information systems, and other core avionics functions. Position Responsibilities:
•Establish transition of development test equipment into AvionX Sustainment to support in service and production issue troubleshooting and testing
•Leads the root case/corrective action activities for all production issues. Reviews product definition, design, configuration data and works with product development teams to identify root cause and determine corrective action for issues associated with multiple products
•Works across multiple teams to identify, collect and provide required analysis and detailed status reports or metrics on failures to support root cause identification and corrective actions
• Experience performing analysis on airborne electronic hardware

Seeking an experienced system engineer with a passion for technical project management and program integration. You have a strong technical background, with a desire to apply this to the support and sustainment of our cutting-edge avionics systems and products. You also have strong interpersonal skills to work with subject matter experts as well as peers on the team to create deliverables.
Day to Day:
- Diagnosing issues with boxes that are returned to them
- Working with maintenance and operations product support teams.

Must Haves:
- Experience with test environments and troubleshooting electronic equipment.
- Experience performing analysis on airborne electronic hardware
- Must be a US Citizen and CANNOT hold dual citizenship

Plusses: (not required)
- Boeing experience or experience working at an airline at a maintenance capacity
- MRO experience
- Any airframe certifications

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
