Position Overview: Seeking Experienced Engineers to join our teams in Everett or Renton. As part of the Payloads organization, you'll play a key role in the product lifecycle, from customer configuration development to production and certification. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement engineering solutions, ensuring delivery of best-in-class interiors products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, integrate, and document interior payload system requirements.

  • Validate and verify systems and components to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.

  • Manage supplier performance, test, and production activities to optimize design and achieve program goals.

  • Develop new design/analysis processes and tools to enhance development effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.

  • Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs.

  • Develop, maintain, and modify interior payload system and component designs using 3-D CAD tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of engineering experience, including design, integration, and/or certification.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent.

  • Experience in aerospace interiors, materials, design criteria, and release processes.

  • Experience in program or project management.

  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and development.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in engineering or Master's/PhD degree with 3+ years' experience. Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry preferred.

Contract Details:

  • This is a W2 contract for 12 months (eligible for benefits) with a maximum pay rate of $68.

Note: This position requires 100% onsite work and compliance with Export Control regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science (or greater) in engineering.

  • 5+ years of engineering experience.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent.

  • Aerospace interiors experience.

  • Program or project management experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.



Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
